Customer Service Representative/ Receptionist

Candidate Requirements- Must have her own valid UAE residence visa.- Proven experience in customer service, patient support, or a similar front-desk role; healthcare or clinic experience is preferred.- Ability to manage patient interactions calmly, respectfully, and professionally.- Skilled in handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive patient experience.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages would be an advantage.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with close attention to appointment scheduling and record-keeping.- Comfortable using computers, appointment-management software, and standard office equipment.- Professional, respectful, and inclusive when working with patients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.- Additional education or certification in administration, customer service, or healthcare support would be beneficial.
