Position: Last Mile Operations Executive

Location: PECHS Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, KarachiTimings: Rotational Shifts (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM & 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM)Working Days: 6 Days a WeekSalary: PKR 100,000 – 120,000 (Based on Experience)We are looking for a skilled and experienced Last Mile Operations Executive to support and optimize delivery operations for our US-based clients.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in logistics operations, strong coordination skills, and excellent English communication.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with drivers to manage pickup and delivery schedules efficientlyOversee daily operations of the delivery centerResolve delivery-related issues, delays, and escalations promptlyEnsure effective route planning and load distributionManage and support the onboarding of 1099 delivery drivers as requiredMonitor and ensure timely and efficient load management

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in US logistics or last mile operationsStrong English communication skills (both verbal and written)Ability to work in rotational shiftsStrong problem-solving and coordination abilities
