What You’ll Be DoingAnswering inbound phone calls from members of the publicProviding accurate information and resolving customer queriesLogging information into internal systemsManaging customer interactions with professionalism and empathyNavigating multiple systems in a fast‑paced environmentEscalating complex matters to the appropriate teams What We’re Looking ForStrong verbal and written communication skillsPrevious customer service experience (call centre, hospitality, retail, reception or similar)Calm, empathetic, and solutions‑focused approachTech‑savvy with the ability to learn new systems quicklyExcellent attention to detail and multitasking skillsFlexibility to work across a 7‑day rosterReliable, positive, and team‑focused attitude The Details:Start: Early October. Minimum 12 month temporary assignmentHours: Minimum 25 hours per week guaranteed but with the ability and flexibility to work up to 40 hours Roster: Monday – Sunday, shifts between 6am and 1amTraining: Approximately 4 weeks of paid training (attendance required)Availability: Must be available for at least 5 days across a 7‑day roster, including weekends.
