We print t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, and more for businesses, events, and individuals, using screen printing, full-color printing, and embroidery. We're a small, fast-paced team that takes pride in turning customers' ideas into quality products they're proud to wear.The RoleWe're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to be the friendly, reliable voice of Budget Promotion. You'll help customers by phone, email, and in person — answering questions, processing orders, and making sure every job gets delivered right and on time.What you'll do:Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and timelinesProcess orders and keep customer records up to dateHelp customers choose products and customization options (printing, embroidery, etc.)Coordinate with our production and design teams to keep orders on trackFollow up with customers to make sure they're happy with the final productHandle and resolve any issues that come up along the wayWhat You BringStrong customer service skills and a solutions-first attitudeClear, professional communication — on the phone, in writing, and in personComfort working on-site in a busy, production-focused environmentBasic computer skills and familiarity with order entry or CRM systemsGreat organization and attention to detail, especially when juggling multiple requestsA plus: experience in retail, printing, apparel, or another customer-facing roleWhy Join UsYou'll work closely with customers and see their ideas come to life, in a hands-on environment where no two days look the same.
