Customer Service Specialist

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our e-commerce team in Riyadh.The role focuses on supporting customers throughout their shopping journey, handling inquiries, following up on orders and shipments, resolving customer concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.Key Responsibilities* Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp and other communication channels.* Follow up on customer orders, shipments, and delivery status.* Handle returns, exchanges, complaints, and after-sales requests.* Review and manage customer orders through Salla Platform.* Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and shipping teams to resolve customer cases.* Follow up on open cases until they are fully resolved.* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recurring issues.* Contribute to improving the overall customer experience.Requirements* 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably within e-commerce.* Good knowledge of Salla Platform is preferred.* Previous experience with online orders, shipping, returns, or after-sales service is a plus.* Excellent Arabic communication and writing skills.* Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.* Good organizational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.* Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and customer service systems.Job Details* Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia* Employment Type: Full-time* Work Type: On-site
