Location: Block 13C, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, KarachiShift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AMWork Model: 100% On-Site | Fixed Shift | No RotationsThe Role :-You’ll be responsible for supporting our existing US-based clients after the sale, ensuring their questions are addressed professionally and their onboarding experience is smooth.Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing US clients through follow-ups
• Handle post-sale customer queries and provide effective solutions
• Assist clients with onboarding-related questions
• Complete service questionnaires accurately
• Maintain clear and organized customer interaction records
