Requirements

3–5 years of experience in call center/customer service operations, with proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role2+ years managing a frontline team of 8+ employeesExperience in team training, rostering and performance managementStrong customer service and problem-solving skillsExperience with CRM, ticketing or operational systemsValid UAE driving licence or eligibility to convertStrong English communication skillsGood Excel/Google Sheets skillsWillingness to work late shifts as requiredMust be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate to work in Abu Dhabi
