The Service Technician will perform routine maintenance and repair work on various consumer and electronic products(specially air conditioner and T,V), ensuring timely resolution of service requests. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, troubleshooting equipment failures, and completing field service visits at customer locations in a safe and professional manner. The role involves documenting service activities, updating work orders, and maintaining accurate records of parts and repairs.
