Customer Sevice Representative - UAE National

A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Customer Service Representative for their Dubai office.Due to Nationalization requirements, this role is open to UAE nationals only.***Please take the time to read the job description, you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.***Key aspects of the role include:Manage customer orders, shipments, invoices, pricing and product availability.Coordinate shipments with logistics and follow up on delivery requirements.Provide after-sales support, including returns, replacements, spare parts and claims.Resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow-up.Coordinate with internal teams on customer set-up, billing, logistics and account issues.Support sales activities and customer events.Process returns, credit and debit notes.Monitor blocked accounts and coordinate with Credit Control to resolve shipment issues.Maintain accurate customer records and reporting.To be successful you will need to meet the following:Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.2–3 years’ experience in Customer Service.Experience with order management, logistics or after-sales support.Strong communication and customer service skills.Good knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.Hiring?
