Customer Solution Architect – Dynamics 365 Field Service

Our client is seeking an exceptional Customer Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in Dynamics 365 Field Service to join their team in Australia.In this role, you will bridge high-level business strategy with deep technical execution, driving architectural vision and technical excellence for large-scale enterprise implementations across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Microsoft Power Platform.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & Strategy: Lead the end-to-end architectural design for enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE deployments, with a primary focus on Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Insights.Client Advisory & Consulting: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders and project leads, translating complex business needs into scalable, out-of-the-box-first architectures.Power Platform Governance: Establish enterprise governance models, Environment Strategy, security policies, and low-code/no-code best practices using the Power Platform CoE Toolkit.Technical Excellence & ALM: Design and implement robust enterprise integrations, continuous delivery pipelines (CI/CD via Azure DevOps/GitHub), storage optimization strategies, and data archiving frameworks.Thought Leadership: Guide and mentor cross-functional teams of developers and consultants, advocating for Microsoft best practices and architectural standards.📌 Must-Have Skills & QualificationsConsulting & Client Engagement: Proven, solid track record in client-facing advisory, stakeholder management, and solution storytelling.Deep Dynamics 365 CE Expertise (L400): Extensive hands-on and architectural experience with Dynamics 365 CE—specifically Field Service (e.g., RSO, Work Order management, Asset management), Customer Service, and Customer Insights for large-scale enterprise environments.Hands-on Power Platform Capability: Practical expertise in Power Platform governance, Security models, Dataverse architecture, and low-code application development.Enterprise Architecture Knowledge: Strong technical depth in:CI/CD pipelines & Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)System integrations (ERP, IoT, third-party platforms)Dataverse storage optimization, performance tuning, and archiving strategies.
