Customer Success & Application Trainer

Our client is seeking a Customer Success & Application Trainer to drive the successful adoption and utilization of its Clinical Imaging AI portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver hands-on application training to radiologists, sonographers, cardiologists, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals following solution deployment.Develop and maintain structured training programs, user manuals, quick reference guides, and onboarding documentation for the Clinical Imaging AI portfolio.Lead customer onboarding and ensure a seamless transition from implementation to routine clinical use.Support go-live activities by working closely with Sales, Clinical Applications, and Technical Support teams to ensure successful system adoption.Conduct clinical workflow assessments to understand customer processes and tailor training programs to meet operational requirements.Act as the primary post-sales clinical contact, responding to application-related inquiries and coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.Monitor customer adoption, utilization, and satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer success and engagement.Support product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concept (POC) sessions by providing clinical expertise and application knowledge.Gather customer feedback and communicate product enhancement recommendations to Product Management and Sales teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key customer stakeholders to ensure long-term customer success.
