Location: Karachi (Onsite Monday to Friday)Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleJoin a growing Australian renewable energy company and become a key part of delivering exceptional customer experiences for solar and battery projects across Australia.

You'll work directly with Australian customers, installers, and internal teams, coordinating projects from installation through to completion while ensuring a high standard of service every step of the way. We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Success & Project Coordinator to manage customer communications, coordinate installations, and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer calls, emails, and support enquiries.Coordinate installation schedules and follow-up appointments.Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.Conduct post-installation customer follow-ups and resolve concerns.Liaise with customers, installers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.Maintain accurate records in Monday.com and other systems.Support documentation, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and compliance requirements.Escalate issues appropriately and ensure customers remain informed throughout the process.About YouExperience in Customer Service, Project Coordination, Operations Administration, or Service Coordination.Excellent written and spoken English.Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and follow-ups simultaneously.Proficient with Microsoft Excel and CRM/project management systems.Experience supporting Australian customers is highly regarded.Exposure to Monday.com, OpenSolar, GreenDeals, solar, electrical, or installation-based industries is a bonus.Why Join Us?✅ Work with an Australian client in the growing renewable energy sector✅ Career growth opportunities✅ Supportive and collaborative team environment✅ Exposure to project coordination and operations management
