This is ownership-focused work: you keep customers informed, coordinate across every viaPhoton team, and make sure each order arrives on time. And when something slips, you're the one with a plan.Support customers from first quote to final delivery, processing quotes and purchase orders accurately and on timeServe as the customer's single point of contact across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and LogisticsCommunicate delivery timelines, order status, and updates proactively so customers always know what to expectMonitor deliverables across the business, including manufacturing partners, to keep orders on schedule, and offer clear alternatives when something slipsTake ownership of the customer experience, resolving issues quickly and following through to the endWhat You'll BringBring excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-first mindsetHave strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple orders and deadlinesBring a strong sense of ownership, with a bias toward action and follow-throughAre comfortable learning new systems quickly, including ERP platformsHave experience in customer service, order management, or account coordination (a plus)Want to read the full job description?
