RoofLeadBoost - Client Success Manager (Roofing Lead Generation)We are a roofing marketing company that helps residential roofing contractors in the US add 5-7 new roofing jobs every month through Meta ads, dedicated landing pages, and a strict 5-minute lead response system.We are hiring one Client Success Manager to own client onboarding and Meta performance end-to-end. This is not an agency engagement. We want one operator who knows roofing, understands the homeowner lead, and can keep clients happy while the leads flow.What you ownClient onboarding from kickoff to live campaigns: intro calls, expectation setting, CRM setup, lead routing, and handoff to our call team.Campaign build and daily management in Meta Ads Manager for roofing contractors across multiple US markets.Creative direction and testing cadence for roofing ads. Landing page and lead form setup designed to lift lead quality without collapsing volume.Pixel and Conversions API setup, event mapping, and deduplication.Lead routing into GoHighLevel and the client’s system.Daily budget pacing and allocation across territories and client accounts.Lead quality checks. You coordinate with our call team and the client to confirm every lead is a real homeowner, in the service area, with actual roofing intent.One weekly report per client: spend, leads, cost per qualified lead, booked inspections, what you changed, and what you are changing next.How we measure youCost per qualified lead, not cost per form fill. A lead counts only when we reach a real homeowner who wants a roof estimate. You will see our call team’s disposition data every week so you can optimize against it.Volume consistency. We need predictable daily lead flow, not spiky weeks.Client retention. Happy clients renew. You are the main voice they hear.Requirements2+ years of direct experience generating leads for roofing or home services companies on Meta.Proven track record creating content for roofing companies: ad copy, hooks, landing page angles, offer framing.Proven track record building funnels for roofing companies that turn clicks into booked inspections.Meta Blueprint certified, Google Ads certified, or GoHighLevel certified. At least one is required.Deep understanding of the roofing market: seasonality, storm cycles, insurance vs retail, and why a roofing lead is different from a generic home services lead.Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel including workflows, pipelines, and lead routing.Experience setting up the Meta Pixel and Conversions API yourself, not handing a ticket to a developer.Fluent written English and comfortable on weekly video calls with US clients.What this is notThis is not a pure media buyer role where you never speak to clients.This is not a content-only role where you never touch the ads account.This is not a fit for ecommerce-only or B2B-only applicants.How to applyDo not send a template proposal.
