That gap is the problem we exist to close, and we're at the inflection point where the product is proven and we're scaling the team that will define this category.The RoleWe're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own our growing book of mid-market accounts — commitments in the $20K–$50K ACV range. You'll run a real portfolio end-to-end: onboarding, adoption tracking, renewals, and expansion, calibrated to volume rather than the white-glove motion we run at the enterprise tier. This is a balanced-touch model, not a light one a $20K–$50K account still needs a real relationship.You'll report directly to the CEO, work closely with Sales and Product, and have a named engineering contact for escalations. You'll be based in Bangalore, with a meaningful part of your week (evening IST) overlapping US business hours to support customers there.What We're Looking For3–5 years of B2B SaaS CSM experience managing accounts in the $20K–$50K ACV rangeProven ability to run a balanced-touch portfolio at volume (25+ accounts), not white-glove, not fully automatedTrack record specifically in mid-market accounts, not just enterprise or SMB. You understand the different cadence, expectations, and buying process at this tier.Demonstrated renewal ownership, including a time you pushed back internally to protect a customer relationshipComfort working evening-IST hours to overlap with US customersFluency with a CS platform like Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero, or equivalentExperience engaging senior stakeholders (Director/VP) without a dedicated executive sponsor programStrong written and verbal communication in EnglishNice to HaveExperience managing US-based customers from an India base, a background in testing, QA, DevOps, or developer-facing products, and experience running a tiered or segmented coverage model.
