Customer Success Manager

Since 2012, Khazna has become the leading wholesale data center provider in the Middle East and North Africa, delivering reliable and scalable infrastructure to support the region’s growing digital ecosystem.We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to manage key client relationships from capacity planning and project delivery through to ongoing account management.Based in Ferrera Erbognone, Italy, you will act as a trusted partner to key customers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to support future business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for key clients and manage ongoing relationshipsUnderstand customer capacity, site selection, and future expansion requirementsLead and coordinate responses to RFIs, RFPs, and commercial discussionsDevelop business cases, management presentations, and approval papersManage project delivery against agreed milestones and ready-for-service datesCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of client requirementsManage escalations, reporting, and performance reviewsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoringMinimum requirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline5+ years' experience in customer success, account management, client management, or a similar customer-facing roleExperience within data centres, infrastructure, construction, engineering, or project-driven environments is advantageousStrong stakeholder management and project coordination skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesFluent English required; Italian and/or French language skills would be beneficialIf you enjoy building strong client partnerships and working across commercial, technical, and project teams to deliver successful outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
