FURNITEX uses a wide range of MFC decors from European brands, along with high-quality European fittings and premium accessories. The company also provides procurement and fabrication support services for both B2B and B2C clients.About the RoleAs our Customer Success Specialist, you will ensure a seamless experience for clients throughout the final delivery and post-sales journey. You will act as the key link between execution, client aftercare, and marketing—managing inquiries, coordinating site maintenance, and capturing stunning visual documentation of our completed joinery and custom furniture installations across Riyadh.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship & Aftercare: Serve as the primary post-handover point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction with custom furniture, wardrobes, and FF&E execution.Maintenance & Handover Coordination: Log, coordinate, and oversee site maintenance requests and minor snag lists alongside project managers and site supervisors.Site Photography & Media Capture: Visit completed residential and commercial sites to capture high-quality photos and videos of finished interiors for portfolio and sales collateral.Sales & Marketing Support: Assist the sales team by gathering client testimonials, identifying repeat project opportunities, and maintaining an organized database of site visuals.Service Quality Monitoring: Collect structured feedback and communicate insights to production and design teams to continuously elevate our service standards.Qualifications & RequirementsBackground or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Coordination, or a related field.Proven experience in interior fit-out, custom joinery, cabinetry, or furniture manufacturing.Strong communication, diplomacy, and client relationship management skills.Eye for spatial aesthetics with experience in basic site photography or video capture.Solid understanding of site execution workflows, board materials, and joinery finishes.Must be based in Riyadh with the ability to conduct regular on-site visits.
