We’re Hiring | Customer Success Specialist – RiyadhSPRIX Gulf, the regional branch of SPRIX Inc., a Japanese education and EdTech company, is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team in Riyadh.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong customer relationship skills with data analysis, Power BI, reporting, and presentation capabilities.Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEmployment: Full-time | On-siteThe RoleAs a Customer Success Specialist, you will work closely with schools and educational institutions to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing use of SPRIX solutions.You will manage customer relationships, coordinate implementation activities, analyze performance data, and transform results into clear insights and actionable recommendations for customers and management.Key Responsibilities• Manage customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement• Build strong, trusted relationships with schools and educational institutions• Coordinate platform setup, training, assessments, and implementation activities• Analyze student performance, assessment results, platform usage, and customer data• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs, performance, and customer outcomes• Prepare high-quality analytical reports, dashboards, and management presentations• Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations• Present results and recommendations to customers and management• Conduct platform demonstrations and training sessions• Proactively follow up on customer needs and resolve implementation or operational issues• Monitor customer satisfaction, engagement, and overall account health• Collaborate with SPRIX teams across Saudi Arabia, Japan, and other international markets• Support customer retention and long-term account growthWhat We’re Looking For• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis skills• Strong PowerPoint, reporting, and presentation skills• Ability to turn data into meaningful business and educational insights• Excellent Arabic and good professional English• Strong communication and relationship-management skills• Confident presenting to customers and stakeholders• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented• Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset• Comfortable working with technology, digital platforms, and dataExperience in EdTech, education, SaaS, customer success, account management, implementation, or business/data analysis is an advantage.Why SPRIX Gulf?At SPRIX Gulf, you’ll join a Japanese company with international operations and contribute directly to our growth across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.You’ll have the opportunity to work with educational institutions, collaborate with international teams, and build hands-on experience at the intersection of customer success, education, technology, and data analytics.If you’re analytical, customer-focused, comfortable with technology, and enjoy turning data into meaningful insights, we’d like to hear from you.Apply through LinkedIn or send us your CV.
