Apply & track with Apply EdgeClient Success SpecialistJoin a small team of software professionals headquartered in Saratoga Springs, NY!VisionAST is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to be the driving force behind our rapid growth in the automotive and powersports industries.The Client Success Specialist will be responsible for a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:· Developing a baseline understanding of the VisionAST software products and the various modules in order to gain the ability to conduct a product presentation/training to client users as well as troubleshoot platform functionality.· Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients and handle a pipeline of onboardings in various stages with follow-up communication where needed.· Becoming adept in the various integrated technology systems we partner with and our dealer clients utilize.· Providing client support to all contacts from start of onboard and maintain relationships through an established follow-up process.· Utilizing the CRM to effectively communicate by phone, video, text, and email with large volume of client contacts.· Using strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate day-to-day encounters with both clients and technology partners.What kind of individual are we looking for?· Experienced in using Microsoft Excel. You don’t need to be a formula expert but you must be comfortable using it to organize information for analysis and build reports to present information.· Self-starter and strong organizational skills. We are a small team and the ability to hold yourself accountable is paramount.Positive emotional resilience. Problems will arise. We want to make sure you have the ability to rise past them while maintaining an optimistic attitude.Strategic thinker. We are looking for an individual that takes an insightful, future-oriented, open-minded, and proactive approach to thinking. A desire to learn, grow, and work positively through challenges is a must.· Adaptability to change with a positive mindset. Openness to contributing to process changes and an overall enthusiasm for a start-up tech environment including the ability to take on multi-faceted responsibilities when needed is vital. Other Specifics:· Automotive or powersports industry experience preferred but not required.High School Diploma or GED required.
