Customer Supply & Logistics Specialist

Contract: 12 months (renewable)Employment: Outsourced through Manpower Middle EastAbout the Role:Our client, a leading organization within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, is seeking a Customer Supply & Logistics Specialist to join their Supply Chain team. As a Customer Supply & Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing customer orders, demand planning, distributor relationships, logistics operations, and supply continuity across the region. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, supply chain expertise, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, enabling them to thrive in a fast-paced environment.About the Requirements: Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, business partners, 3PL providers, and internal stakeholders.Manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and operational excellence.Lead tender preparation activities and coordinate documentation submissions within defined timelines.Develop demand forecasts and strategic supply plans to ensure uninterrupted product availability and minimize stock-out risks.Monitor distributor inventory levels and collaborate with internal teams to address supply challenges proactively.Support budgeting and forecasting exercises by providing accurate market and supply chain data.Drive continuous process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.Manage regulatory and trade-related requirements, including trade licenses, customs coordination, Dubai Trade and Dubai Customs accounts, and logistics documentation.About You: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or any related field.1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer service operations.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Highly proactive, accountable, and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic business environment.
