Located in the heart of Brickell, our vision is to make the customer experience seamless through our marketplace of trusted couriers.The RoleAs a Customer Support Representative, you will handle direct outbound calls to customers seeking assistance with government service applications. You will deliver clear, efficient, and concierge-level support in every interaction.
