Apply & track with Apply EdgeCustomer Training Coordinator – Specialty IngredientsPalomba General Trading LLCRiyadh, Saudi ArabiaFull-time | On-siteAbout Palomba General Trading LLCPalomba General Trading LLC is an international trading and business-development company headquartered in Dubai, operating across the GCC, Europe and selected international markets.Our portfolio includes natural ingredients, botanical extracts, flavour systems, essential oils and specialised raw materials for customers in the food, beverage, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and fragrance industries.We are seeking a Customer Training Coordinator – Specialty Ingredients to coordinate product-training activities for B2B customers, distributors and commercial partners across GCC markets.The RoleThe Customer Training Coordinator will organise and support technical-commercial training activities designed to help customers and partners understand PGT's products, applications and value propositions.The role sits between Product, Commercial and Technical teams but does not carry direct sales targets or responsibility for laboratory product development.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate product-training sessions for customers and commercial partners.Prepare training calendars and participant schedules.Organise online and in-person product presentations.Coordinate training content with Product and Technical teams.Prepare product presentations and supporting materials.Adapt training materials to different customer industries and applications.Maintain structured training documentation.Coordinate participation of international suppliers in customer sessions.Organise technical webinars and product workshops.Maintain records of completed training activities.Collect participant feedback.Monitor training requirements identified by Commercial teams.Coordinate introductory sessions for newly launched products.Support distributor and partner product education.Maintain updated training materials as product information changes.Prepare periodic training-activity reports.Support organisation of customer technical days and workshops.Coordinate follow-up information requested after training sessions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration or a related discipline.2–5 years of relevant experience in product training, technical coordination, customer education, product support or B2B ingredients.Strong presentation and communication skills.Ability to understand and communicate technical product information.Excellent organisational abilities.Excellent written and spoken English.Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills.Ability to coordinate customers, suppliers and internal teams.Strong attention to detail.Preferred ExperienceExperience in food ingredients, flavours, botanical extracts, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, fragrances or specialty chemicals is advantageous.Previous experience with B2B product presentations, technical workshops, distributor training or customer education will be particularly relevant.Arabic is useful but not mandatory.Compensation & BenefitsSAR 13,000 – 18,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.The package may also include annual performance bonus, private medical insurance, paid annual leave, annual flight allowance, professional development opportunities and employment/visa support where legally applicable.ApplicationCandidates should submit an updated CV in English highlighting relevant experience in product training, customer education, technical coordination or specialty ingredients.Applicants should indicate current location, notice period, earliest availability and expected salary.Only candidates whose professional experience is reasonably aligned with the position will be contacted.
