Customs Manager

Job Summary : Customs set up for new factory Customs procedure related to import, export, scrap disposal,… Initiate IT project, process improvement Resolve daily issues related to customs affairsKey Responsibilities : Develop and implement strategy and leadership in the application of relevant customsregulations to ensure compliant customs operation Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support daily customs clearance and timelyresolve issue/ trouble related to shipments Build and maintain strong relations to public officials for specific transactions andprocesses to ensure all activities inline with regulations Provide advice, counsel, training to key stakeholders regarding customs compliance andregulations. Lead and develop customs teamRequirements :1. Academic Bachelor’s degree in Foreign trade, Economics, customs colleges or relevant2. Years of experience At least 10 years in similar position At least 15 years works in the scope of import export in an international company, in EPE preferable3. Special knowledge CoO, HS code classification, FTA, investment, … Customs regulation, policies (commodity, specialized), customs settlement report, PCA,… Familiarity with customs software and ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, ECUS)4. Other skills Good command of English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proactive and solution-oriented mindsetThis position will be based in Dau Giay IZ - Dong Nai or Tan Phu Trung IZ - Cu Chi - HCMC. Shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh/Binh Duong/ Dong Nai is available.
