JOB SUMMARY Customs set up for factory Customs procedure related to import, export, scrap disposal,… Initiate IT project, process improvement Resolve daily issues related to customs affairs KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES Develop and implement strategy and leadership in the application of relevant customs regulations to ensure compliant customs operation Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support daily customs clearance and timely resolve issue/ trouble related to shipments Build and maintain strong relations to public officials for specific transactions and processes to ensure all activities inline with regulationsProvide advice, counsel, training to key stakeholders regarding customs compliance and regulationsLead and develop customs team REQUIREMENTS At least 10 years in Customs/ Shipping/Import-Export/Trade Compliance/Logistics in Manufacturing, or EPE Company2+ years of experience in Manager position CoO, HS code classification, FTA, investment, … Customs regulation, policies (commodity, specialized), customs settlement report, PCA,… Familiarity with customs software and ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, ECUS) Good communication English
