This role is ideal for professionals with experience in logistics and customs operations who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about ensuring smooth and efficient operational processes.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor daily customs and operational activities to ensure seamless workflow.Liaise with customs authorities, customs brokers, Gateway (GTW) teams, operations, and other internal stakeholders.Track shipments and follow up on customs clearance and operational processes to ensure timely execution.Maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues efficiently.Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high service standards.Escalate operational exceptions and provide timely updates to management.Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.Work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on business requirements.Qualifications & RequirementsSaudi National.Bachelor's degree is preferred.2+ years of experience in logistics, customs operations, freight forwarding, supply chain.Excellent command of English (written and spoken).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Good IT and computer system knowledge.Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic operational environment.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with a professional and growing team.Dynamic work environment with continuous learning opportunities.Career development and exposure to customs and logistics operations.If you meet the above qualifications and are looking to build your career in customs and logistics operations, we encourage you to apply today.
