Job Title: Cutover & Release LeadJob Type: ContractLocation: DubaiStart Date: ASAPJob Description:- Role Summary-A leading retail group in the Middle East is running a major, multi-release technology transformation across its retail, e-commerce, warehouse and POS systems. We're hiring a Cutover & Release Lead to own cutover, release management and hypercare for the non-SAP technology estate.What you'll do:Build and own the end-to-end cutover plan — tasks, owners, dependencies, critical pathDefine go/no-go criteria and run cutover dress rehearsalsRun the command centre through live cutover windows, including out-of-hoursDesign and stand up the post-go-live support model and run hypercareManage a rolling release calendar, with the next release prepared while the current one is in hypercareCoordinate internal teams, system integrators and third-party vendorsWhat you'll bring:10+ years in IT delivery, including 5+ years leading cutover/release for large, multi-system programmesEnd-to-end ownership of at least 2 enterprise go-lives, including rehearsals and command-centre executionExperience in retail/consumer tech landscapes (POS, OMS, WMS, e-commerce, customer platforms)Experience running hypercare and transitioning into BAU supportCalm, decisive, and comfortable holding partners to committed dates
