Title: Cyber Intelligence and Threat Analysis Manager

Location: RiyadhCore Responsibilities:Monitoring the cyber/ Fraud threat landscape through; open source channels, vendor feeds and participation in industry / regulatory information sharing organizations Manage the delivery of timely, accurate, relevant and actionable intelligence.Deliver a well-versed analysis of cyber / Fraud news on possible threats, including the bank’s status and required actions as necessary.

Conduct technical analysis of malicious and suspicious code to understand the nature of the threat and to extract unique attributes for proactive defence. Identification of processes that can be automated and orchestrated to ensure maximum efficiency of collection and dissemination of consolidated threat intelligence feeds to internal stakeholders and external partners. Supporting the development and implementation of mitigation strategies to prevent the potential materialisation of the threat. Supporting the maintenance of SAB Threat Intel capability for collection that takes into account market and business requirements and regulatory mandate such as SAMA CSF, CTI principles and National Cyber Security Authority (NCA) mandated requirement. Develops and maintains KPIs and KRIs of Cyber/Fraud Intelligence & Threat Analysis and ensure continuous monitoring and reporting of these KPIs and KRIs.Supporting the establishment of SAB as a valued contributor to information sharing efforts across the financial industry that helps to drive a positive image of the bank with our peers and regulators in the markets we serve.Supporting the development of internal SAB capabilities, leveraging SAB footprint that enables the team to fully understand the latest tactics, techniques and procedures of advanced adversaries through direct observation and manipulation.Developing processes and engaging in active cyber/Fraud defence to move SAB beyond a reactive posture to a proactive posture against cyber / Fraud threats. Supporting the provision of advice to SAB leadership on the latest trends in cyber/Fraud intelligence and best practices through close collaboration, engagement and collection from different sources. Supporting the production of Management Information related to the Cyber/Fraud Intelligence and Threat Analysis mission that is appropriate to the target audience, supported by data and experienced analysis enabling informed decisions. Prepare a periodic analysis reports of the cyber /Fraud threat events/incidents and vulnerabilities.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Cyber-Security / Computer Science, or related field required.SANS/ GCTI certifications are preferred5 years of relevant experience in project management
