You will also have the opportunity to learn from industry leaders and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesThe Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for the following tasks:Monitor and manage cyber systems for utility clientsConduct cybersecurity risk analysis and gap assessment for utility clientsDevelop and document cybersecurity policies, procedures, and plansConfigure and install cybersecurity tools and systems, such as firewalls, antivirus, encryption, authentication, etc.Perform vulnerability scanning, review cybersecurity frameworks, and incident responseTrain and educate utility staff on cybersecurity awareness and best practicesServe as the day to day administrator of various hosted customer Cybersecurity platforms.Qualifications:The Cybersecurity Analyst candidate will need the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in the utility sectorCertifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GSECKnowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO, NERC, etc.Proficient in cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, VPN, etc.Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with clients and team members
