Its mission is to make the future possible with AI—innovating, automating, and elevating growth for individuals and enterprises.Role Description The Cyber Security Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Pennsylvania, United States. In this position, the analyst monitors, analyzes, and responds to security events across networks, applications, and systems to detect and mitigate potential threats. Daily activities include reviewing logs and alerts, performing incident triage, conducting malware and vulnerability analysis, and supporting remediation efforts with cross-functional IT and engineering teams. The role involves implementing and improving security controls, contributing to secure configuration standards, and supporting audits and compliance initiatives aligned with cybersecurity best practices. The analyst also documents findings, prepares reports, and helps develop security awareness materials to strengthen the organization’s security posture.QualificationsStrong knowledge of core cybersecurity principles, including threat detection, incident response, and risk assessment.Network Security skills to secure infrastructure, monitor traffic, and identify network-based attacks.Application Security skills to assess, test, and help remediate vulnerabilities in software and services.Malware Analysis skills to examine suspicious files, behaviors, and indicators of compromise.Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, correlate events, and make sound decisions under time constraints.Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and vulnerability scanners.Understanding of common frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, CySA+, CEH, or similar) are an advantage.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and maintain confidentiality and integrity of data.
