Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Architect with a strong background in the Automotive industry to lead the design, development, and implementation of secure vehicle and enterprise security architectures. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring cybersecurity compliance across connected vehicle platforms, automotive ECUs, cloud ecosystems, and digital engineering environments.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive cybersecurity standards, threat analysis, risk assessment, secure product development, and cybersecurity governance. Experience working with leading global automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and develop end-to-end cybersecurity architectures for automotive products, connected vehicles, and digital platforms.Lead cybersecurity activities throughout the vehicle development lifecycle.Conduct Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) in line with industry standards.Ensure compliance with ISO 21434, UNECE R155, and other relevant automotive cybersecurity regulations.Develop security concepts, cybersecurity goals, and technical security requirements.Review vehicle system architectures and identify cybersecurity risks and mitigation strategies.Collaborate with system architects, software teams, functional safety engineers, cloud teams, and product stakeholders.Support cybersecurity audits, assessments, certification activities, and regulatory submissions.Define secure communication architectures, cryptographic solutions, and key management strategies.Lead security reviews for connected vehicle technologies, telematics, OTA updates, infotainment systems, ADAS, and autonomous driving platforms.Develop incident response, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity monitoring frameworks.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering and cybersecurity teams.Engage with customers, suppliers, and senior stakeholders to drive cybersecurity best practices.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of overall experience in Cyber Security, with significant experience in Automotive Cyber Security.Strong knowledge of:ISO 21434UNECE R155/R156Automotive SPICE (ASPICE)NIST Cybersecurity FrameworkIEC 62443Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)Experience conducting:TARA (Threat Analysis & Risk Assessment)Security Risk AssessmentsVulnerability AssessmentsPenetration Testing ReviewsStrong understanding of:In-Vehicle Networks (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet)ECU SecurityTelematics & ConnectivityOTA UpdatesADAS & Autonomous SystemsEmbedded SecurityKnowledge of cryptography, PKI, HSM, encryption protocols, and secure communications.Experience with cloud security platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with global Automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.Certifications such as:CISSPCISMCEHSABSAISO 21434 PractitionerAutomotive Cybersecurity Professional CertificationsExperience supporting cybersecurity homologation and regulatory compliance programs.Understanding of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and its interaction with cybersecur
