This team focuses on helping organisations strengthen security, manage digital risk, and build secure-by-design cultures across large, complex environments.We are looking for Cybersecurity professionals with strong consulting capability who can help clients enhance security maturity, modernise their capabilities, and embed secure business practices.Locations: London, Manchester, Glasgow (expensed travel 1-2x per month)Clearance: SC required (or eligible)Salary: £45k - £55k + benefits + career developmentWhat You’ll Work OnYou’ll contribute to or lead workstreams involving:Cybersecurity & risk transformationSecurity strategy and roadmap developmentSecurity assurance (ISO 27001, NIST, Cyber Essentials)Security architecture design and assessmentGenAI security and AI governanceCyber maturity assessments & threat modellingIdentity & Access ManagementSecurity culture & human risk initiativesOperating model and governance enhancementsStakeholder engagement across business, IT, and senior leadershipDepending on experience, you may act as a specialist SME, delivery consultant, or workstream manager guiding junior staff and client teams.Skills & Experience RequiredYou should have experience in one or more areas such as:Security ArchitectureCybersecurity GovernanceRisk ManagementSecurity EngineeringSOC or SecOps environmentsIdentity & Access ManagementSecurity Testing / AssessmentSecurity Assurance FrameworksOT Security (desirable)Other expectations:Understanding of frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIS2, DORA etc.Awareness of the security implications of emerging tech, including GenAIRelevant Cybersecurity certifications (Security+, CISMP, CISSP, CISM, cloud certs etc.)Consulting experience or consulting-style client interactionAbility to influence stakeholders, including senior leadersAbility to work within a matrixed, fast-paced delivery environment3+ years of Cybersecurity project experienceSC clearance (or eligibility) requiredWhy Join?Work on high-impact, large-scale transformation programmesExcellent career development and structured trainingAccess to industry-recognised certificationsHybrid and flexible working cultureInclusive, supportive team environmentOpportunities to contribute to internal initiatives such as thought leadership, capability building, and proposition development
