Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation and assessment of Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity compliance in alignment with Saudi Arabia's National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) OT Cybersecurity Controls (OTCC).Conduct OT cybersecurity compliance assessments, gap analyses, and risk evaluations.Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and compliance documentation aligned with NCA OTCC requirements.Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to identify compliance gaps and recommend remediation measures.Support cybersecurity audits, regulatory assessments, and compliance reporting.
Key Requirements
4–8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on OT security, governance, risk, and compliance.Mandatory: Hands-on experience implementing, assessing, or ensuring compliance with NCA OTCC.Good understanding of OT/ICS environments, industrial control systems, and associated cybersecurity risks.Experience conducting compliance assessments, gap analyses, and remediation planning.Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.Consulting experience is an advantage.
