Our client is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager to build, lead and scale a multi-tier security operations function within a regulated financial services environment in Dubai. This is a leadership hire for professionals with 8 to 12 years of cybersecurity experience who can own SOC performance, platform strategy and team development.ResponsibilitiesLead a multi-tier SOC team covering 24/7 monitoring, incident response and threat intelligence functionsOwn SOC performance metrics, shift models, escalation paths and continuous improvement programsManage SIEM, EDR and SOAR platform strategy, vendor evaluation and technology roadmapReport security posture, incident metrics and risk indicators to executive leadership and regulatorsRecruit, develop and retain security operations talent in a competitive UAE hiring marketDrive maturity improvements aligned to SOC-CMM or equivalent frameworksRequirements8 to 12 years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 3 years managing a SOC or security operations teamCISSP or CISM certification requiredGSOM or familiarity with SOC-CMM maturity frameworks advantageousProven experience reporting security metrics to board-level or C-suite stakeholdersUnderstanding of UAE financial sector regulatory requirementsStrong people management, talent development and vendor management track recordExperience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel), EDR and SOAR toolsBenefitsExecutive-level compensation package (AED 25,000 to 40,000 per month plus benefits)Leadership role in a regulated, high-profile financial services environmentVisa sponsorship and family relocation support availableProfessional development, conference attendance and executive education supportTax-free salary in the UAE
