Cyberist specialists are expected to respond to client requests promptly, follow-up regularly, proactively resolve errors, document and improve repetitive tasks, and implement projects to avoid loss and improve business. Cyberist Specialists configure and troubleshoot cloud, virtual, and physical hardware and software systems; provide technical assistance and training to system users; and update knowledgebase and Standard Operating Procedures.AccountabilitySupport: Provide outstanding support with a 4-6 person team to help assigned clients.Projects: 10 projects completed annually using Delta methodology.Documentation: 12 standard operating procedures or blog posts annually and system plan update with each project.Activity: Follow-up and cases completed daily. Project completion within 15 days. 2 CPE/Certification events as needed.Desired Skills and Experience - Courteous & humble - Windows & Windows Server- Superior communication - Active Directory- Client empathy - Exchange and SQL- Strong time management - Remote Desktop and Virtualization- Analytical reasoning - Networking and firewalls- Results oriented - Microsoft Online Services- Resourceful & proactive - Dell desktop, servers, and storageBS/BA or 3-5 years of experience required with annual background check.
