Cybersecurity Access Control Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Access Control Specialist to join our cybersecurity team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing identity and access controls, administering privileged access solutions, and ensuring secure access to enterprise systems while maintaining compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and administer Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across enterprise environments.Provision, modify, and revoke user access based on approved access control policies.Implement, maintain, and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including CyberArk.Conduct periodic user access reviews and certification campaigns.Monitor privileged accounts and ensure compliance with the principle of least privilege.Support internal and external audits by providing access control evidence and documentation.Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements, including SAMA CSF.Collaborate with IT, Security, and business teams to implement secure access controls and improve identity governance.Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues while maintaining service quality.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Access Control.Hands-on experience with enterprise IAM and PAM technologies.Preferred CertificationsCertified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)CyberArk Certified Delivery EngineerOne Identity Certified EngineerMicrosoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator AssociateTechnical SkillsIdentity & Access Management (IAM)Privileged Access Management (PAM)CyberArkOne IdentityMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD)Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)User Access Reviews & Certification CampaignsAccess Control ManagementSAMA CSF ComplianceAudit & Regulatory Compliance
