Cybersecurity Analyst

We are Tenth Revolution Group, a UK-based talent consultancy specializing in the IT & Digital market.We are currently partnering with a leading multinational organization looking to hire a Cyber Security Analyst to strengthen its global Cyber Security team. This is a hands-on role offering exposure across multiple security domains, including incident response, security operations, IT risk management, security governance, and security awareness initiatives. As the company continues to build its Cyber Security Hub in Madrid, this position offers strong visibility and the opportunity to play a key role within a growing international team.ResponsibilitiesManage security incidents end-to-end, from investigation through to resolution.Support day-to-day security operations and monitoring activities.Contribute to IT risk management and security governance initiatives.Participate in security awareness and security improvement programs across the organization.Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to strengthen the company's security posture.Support the continuous improvement of security processes, controls, and procedures.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Cyber Security.Experience as a Security Analyst (L2) or a professional operating at an L3 level in terms of ownership and complexity.Strong hands-on experience managing security incidents end-to-end.Broad security knowledge across multiple domains rather than deep specialization in a single area.Previous experience working in a multinational company or a modern end-user IT environment is highly desirable.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent English (B2+/C1).Availability to work from the Madrid office 4 days per week.What do we offer?Permanent contract directly with the end client.Competitive salary + social benefits.Flexible working hours.Hybrid working model (4 days per week in the Madrid office).International and collaborative working environment.Professional development and career growth opportunities.Interested in joining this challenge?
