About Cogify Groupcogify was founded in Switzerland in 2018 and today combines expertise in consulting, AI, software engineering, cybersecurity and digital products.We are expanding our cybersecurity capabilities and are looking for a Cybersecurity Architect with a strong focus on Zero Trust who understands complex IT environments and can translate security requirements into practical, implementable solutions.Your MissionAs a Cybersecurity Architect, you work at the interface between business, security, technology and delivery.You understand the challenges our customers face, assess existing environments and identify where security needs to evolve.You combine consulting skills with strong technical expertise - from the first assessment and target architecture through technology selection and implementation together with our engineering teams.You ask the right questions, challenge existing assumptions and communicate confidently with stakeholders from management to engineering teams.RequirementsAssess existing IT and security environments and identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunitiesDesign Zero Trust and enterprise security target architecturesDevelop practical security roadmaps and implementation conceptsAdvise customers on security architecture, Zero Trust strategy and technology selectionDesign solutions across IAM, ZTNA, SASE, network segmentation, cloud and endpoint securityEvaluate security technologies, products and licensing models against customer requirementsTranslate business, security and compliance requirements into technically implementable solutionsLead security workshops and architecture discussions with customersSupport implementation together with cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, DevOps and software engineersHelp shape and further develop cogify's cybersecurity offeringYour ProfileExperience in cybersecurity architecture, security engineering, cybersecurity consulting or a comparable roleStrong understanding of Zero Trust architectures, technologies and principlesGood knowledge of frameworks such as NIST SP 800-207, CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model or comparable approachesStrong knowledge of areas such as IAM, ZTNA, SASE, network security, segmentation, cloud security and access controlExperience designing or implementing enterprise security solutionsAbility to evaluate security technologies and select appropriate solutions for specific requirementsStrong understanding of enterprise networks, identity, authentication and cloud environmentsAbility to translate complex security topics into clear decisions and practical solutionsConfident communication with both business and technical stakeholdersIndependent, pragmatic and quality-focused way of workingFluent English or German is requiredNice to HaveCertifications such as CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, ISSAP or comparable qualificationsExperience with Microsoft Entra ID, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Cloudflare, CrowdStrike or similar technologiesExperience with Azure, AWS or Google CloudExperience in regulated or security-sensitive environmentsGerman, French or other languages in addition to your primary working languageBenefitsAt cogify, cybersecurity doesn't end with an assessment or presentation.You work directly with customers on real security challenges and stay involved when architecture becomes implementation.The role combines cybersecurity consulting, architecture and technology, while giving you the opportunity to work closely with our engineering teams and actively shape a growing cybersecurity capability.We offer a competitive salary, a flexible working environment, modern technologies and the opportunity to take real ownership of your work.We are looking for people who ask good questions, understand complex systems and want to build security solutions that work in practice.Sound like you?
