قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob Title: Cybersecurity Consultant – Cyber Training, Exercises & ReadinessLocation: QatarDuration: 12+ monthsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant to support national-level cyber training, cyber exercises, drills, and cybersecurity readiness programs. The role requires strong cybersecurity knowledge combined with experience in cyber exercises, security operations, incident response, threat intelligence, research, stakeholder engagement, and consulting. The successful candidate will work closely with client stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, technology vendors, and project teams to develop realistic exercise scenarios, conduct cybersecurity research, support exercise execution, and strengthen organizational cyber readiness and capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and support the execution of cybersecurity exercises, cyber drills, and readiness programs.Develop realistic exercise scenarios, attack narratives, injects, playbooks, and supporting documentation.Support cyber range and cybersecurity exercise platform activities.Conduct research and assessments on emerging cybersecurity technologies, tools, platforms, and industry best practices.Evaluate and understand SOC, SIEM, EDR, incident response, threat intelligence, and security monitoring technologies.Support the development and delivery of cybersecurity training programs, workshops, and awareness sessions.Facilitate workshops, training sessions, exercise activities, and stakeholder meetings.Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver cybersecurity initiatives.Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, exercise documentation, lessons learned, and project deliverables.Support post-exercise assessments, findings, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.Contribute to knowledge transfer and cybersecurity capability-building activities for client teams.Research emerging threats, cybersecurity methodologies, technologies, and industry practices.Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear and understandable information for client and business stakeholders.Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, vendors, and project teams.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years of professional cybersecurity experience.Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity and security operations.Demonstrable experience with cyber training, cyber exercises, cyber drills, cyber ranges, cyber resilience, or cybersecurity readiness programs.Strong knowledge of one or more of the following cybersecurity domains:Security Operations Center (SOC)Incident ResponseThreat IntelligenceThreat HuntingSIEM and EDRVulnerability ManagementMITRE ATT&CKAbility to research, assess, and understand different cybersecurity products, security platforms, incident response solutions, and SOC technologies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research capabilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.Strong consulting and client-facing capabilities.
