Global Supply Chain Solutions ProviderNewly Created Security Engineering RoleHands-on Infrastructure & Security PositionOur client is a global organization building a new Global Engineering Organization (GEO) to strengthen internal software delivery, production reliability, infrastructure operations, and security capabilities. They are now looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to implement, monitor, and improve security controls across business-critical systems and platforms.This is a hands-on position requiring a practical, execution-focused security professional who can operate across hybrid environments and evolving security practices.Responsibilities:Implement and improve security controls across servers, endpoints, cloud services, and network infrastructureSupport vulnerability management, including scanning, prioritization, and remediation trackingMonitor and triage security alerts from SIEM, endpoint protection, identity systems, and network toolsInvestigate security incidents and support incident response activitiesPartner with infrastructure teams on server hardening, patching, and network security controlsEmbed security practices into DevOps and software engineering processes (DevSecOps)Support identity and access management including MFA, RBAC, and access reviewsAssist with security tooling configuration, tuning, and operational supportSupport security reviews for systems, integrations, and technology changesMaintain security documentation, runbooks, and proceduresSupport audit and compliance evidence collectionCommunicate security risks and remediation status to stakeholdersRequirement:At least 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity or security engineering rolesHands-on experience with vulnerability management, incident response, and security monitoringExperience with security tools such as EDR, SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and IAM platformsKnowledge of Windows and Linux security practicesUnderstanding of network security and access controlsExperience supporting identity and access management practicesAbility to investigate alerts and follow issues through resolutionUnderstanding of application security and DevSecOps conceptsStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to work independently in distributed environmentsApplicants MUST BE currently based in Singapore and has relevant work experience in Singapore.NOTE: Please attach your latest resume.
