About Cogify Groupcogify was founded in Switzerland in 2018 and today combines expertise in consulting, AI, software engineering, cybersecurity and digital products.We are expanding our cybersecurity capabilities and are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer with a strong interest in Zero Trust who understands how modern IT environments work and can turn security requirements into reliable technical solutions.Your MissionAs a Cybersecurity Engineer, you work at the interface between security, infrastructure, cloud and delivery.You understand how identities, devices, applications and networks interact, identify security weaknesses and implement controls that reduce risk without unnecessarily slowing down the business.You work closely with our cybersecurity architects and engineering teams - from technical design and technology evaluation through configuration, integration, testing and production.RequirementsYour ResponsibilitiesImplement and integrate Zero Trust security solutionsConfigure and improve IAM, MFA, SSO, conditional access and least-privilege controlsImplement ZTNA, SASE, network segmentation and secure connectivitySecure cloud, hybrid and on-premise environmentsImplement endpoint, network, identity and workload security controlsIntegrate identity providers, applications and security platformsConfigure, test and optimise security technologiesAnalyse security issues and support remediation and troubleshootingImprove security monitoring, logging and detection capabilitiesAutomate security configurations and controls where it creates valueDocument technical solutions, configurations and security controlsWork closely with cybersecurity architects, cloud, infrastructure, DevOps and software teamsSupport customer projects from technical design through implementationYour ProfileExperience in cybersecurity engineering, network security, cloud security, infrastructure security or a comparable technical roleGood understanding of Zero Trust principles and modern cybersecurity technologiesHands-on experience in one or more areas such as IAM, ZTNA, SASE, network security, segmentation, cloud security, endpoint security or access controlGood understanding of enterprise networks, identity, authentication and cloud environmentsExperience implementing, integrating, configuring or operating security technologiesStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to understand technical requirements and turn them into reliable implementationsHands-on mindset and curiosity for new security technologiesIndependent and quality-focused way of workingFluent English or German is requiredNice to HaveExperience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Cloudflare, CrowdStrike or similar technologiesExperience with Azure, AWS or Google CloudExperience with PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible or Infrastructure-as-CodeKnowledge of NIST, CIS, ISO 27001 or Zero Trust frameworksRelevant cybersecurity certificationsGerman, French or other languages in addition to your primary working languageBenefitsWhy cogify?At cogify, cybersecurity is closely connected to engineering.You work on real environments and help turn security architecture into solutions that run in production.You will work alongside cybersecurity architects as well as our cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, software and AI teams, giving you the opportunity to deepen your expertise across different technologies and customer environments.We offer a competitive salary, a flexible working environment, modern technologies and the opportunity to take real ownership of your work.We are looking for people who understand technology, enjoy solving difficult problems and want to build security that works in practice.Sound like you?
