This role will lead the SOC team, supervise cybersecurity analysts, coordinate incident response activities, and ensure security alerts and incidents are managed effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise SOC analysts responsible for security monitoring and incident handling.Ensure security alerts are investigated and escalated appropriately.Coordinate the response to cybersecurity incidents and major security events.Monitor SOC performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.Provide guidance and technical support to analysts during investigations.Prepare operational reports, incident summaries, and management updates.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders during security incidents.Support the development of SOC procedures, processes, and best practices.Requirements5+ years of cybersecurity, SOC, or security operations experience.Previous experience leading or supervising cybersecurity teams.Strong understanding of security monitoring and incident management.Experience managing escalations and coordinating incident response activities.Relevant cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
