Cybersecurity Solution Architect

Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture, security engineering, or solution design.Proven experience developing High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) for cybersecurity solutions.Strong knowledge of enterprise security architecture, network security, cloud security, identity and access management, encryption, and system integration.Experience defining firewall rules, security policies, access controls, encryption standards, and secure integration requirements.Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and Zero Trust Architecture.Familiarity with Saudi cybersecurity and regulatory requirements, including NCA ECC and SAMA Cybersecurity Framework.Experience assessing vendor products, internally developed applications, and emerging technologies before production deployment.Ability to conduct security architecture reviews, identify design risks, and recommend appropriate security controls.Strong documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines.Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, cloud, engineering, procurement, and compliance teams.Previous experience within banking, financial services, or another highly regulated environment is strongly preferred.Preferred CertificationsCISSPCCSPSABSATOGAFCISMAWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud security certificationsVendor-specific security certifications such as Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, or Check PointKey SkillsCybersecurity Architecture, Security Solution Design, HLD, LLD, Network Security, Cloud Security, Application Security, Zero Trust, Firewall Architecture, IAM, Encryption, Security Risk Assessment, NIST, ISO 27001, NCA ECC, SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, Vendor Evaluation, Pre-Deployment Security Review, Stakeholder Management, Technical Documentation.
