Cybersecurity Specialist

Role Description The Director will provide strategic, operational, and technical leadership to Vector Origin’s detailing, BIM, and engineering teams. In this full-time, on-site role based in Mamidikuduru, the Director will oversee project planning, resource allocation, and delivery quality across multiple client engagements, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project timelines. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, leading proposal development, supporting business growth, and driving process improvements for fabrication-ready deliverables. The Director will coordinate cross-functional collaboration among Tekla, SDS2, and BIM teams, monitor performance metrics, and implement best practices in QA/QC and reporting. This role also involves mentoring team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning, and representing the company in key stakeholder and partner discussions.QualificationsLeadership and management skills, including experience overseeing multidisciplinary technical teams and guiding strategic direction.Strong project and operations management skills, with a background in scheduling, resource planning, risk mitigation, and deadline-driven delivery.Technical expertise in structural or miscellaneous steel detailing, BIM modeling, or connection engineering, preferably with familiarity with tools such as Tekla, SDS2, AutoCAD, or Revit.Client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to manage stakeholders, lead negotiations, and maintain transparent reporting.Quality assurance and compliance skills, with understanding of AISC, NISD, or similar standards and experience implementing QA/QC frameworks.Business development and commercial acumen, including experience in supporting proposals, estimating, or growing service lines.Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, construction management, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional licensure is a plus.Ability to work on-site in Mamidikuduru, collaborate effectively across diverse teams, and adapt to evolving project and client needs.
