Cytotechnologist/Cytoscreener

In this role, you will be responsible for the processing, screening, and reporting of gynecological and non-gynecological cytology specimens, supporting clinicians during FNA procedures, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and diagnostic accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesScreen and evaluate Pap smears and non-gynecological cytology specimensProcess, stain, mount, and label cytology samplesAssist clinicians and radiologists during Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) proceduresPerform quality control checks and maintain laboratory equipmentDocument and communicate results using laboratory information systemsSupport inventory management and laboratory operationsMentor and support junior cytology staffEnsure compliance with DHA, JCIA, and laboratory quality standardsRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology; Master's Degree in Cytology highly preferredDHA License as a Cytotechnologist or Cytoscreener is requiredMinimum 2 years of cytology screening experience post qualificationExperience in both gynecological and non-gynecological cytology preferredFNA assessment experience is advantageousStrong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
