About us: Founders Careers helps ex-founders & founding members/operators to get hired by great companies. 300+ high-growth startups across different industries and locations are actively hiring on the platform.Founders Careers is working with a Series C-funded Food & Beverage (F&B) / Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand that is a well-known new-age player in the tea and café space. The company is now scaling its D2C and Quick Commerce business and is looking for a builder-minded D2C Business Manager to drive product, growth, digital brand building and category expansion.Role Overview:We are looking for someone who has built and scaled a consumer business, ideally in D2C, FMCG or F&B, and is comfortable owning the business end-to-end.You will have significant ownership across:Identifying core customer insights and translating them into a strong product-market fit.Developing and launching differentiated packaged products.Building and scaling the brand across Quick Commerce platforms.Developing the operating playbook for Quick Commerce and managing platform relationships.Driving performance marketing, customer acquisition and retention.Building the packaged-products brand digitally through social media and influencer-led marketing.Owning key decisions around e-commerce budgets, pricing and product launches.Managing business performance with a strong focus on growth, margins and commercial outcomes.
