D2C Delivery Coordinator - Consultant

Our client, India’s Leading Energy Solutions Provider is looking for a proactive and customer-focused D2C Delivery Coordinator to manage and streamline the end-to-end customer fulfilment process. The role requires strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and execution capabilities to ensure a seamless customer experience, operational excellence, and timely delivery of commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the customer experience owner from booking through commissioning, ensuring a smooth and timely customer journey. Coordinate customer documentation, payments, financing requirements and other pre-installation formalities.Track and coordinate subsidy and net-metering related processes and documentationCoordinate order processing, billing, material readiness and last-mile deliveryEnsure alignment between customers and Certified Installation Partners (CIPs) for site readiness and installation schedulingMaintain an accurate case tracker, including key milestones, committed dates, pending actions and customer statusTrack each case against defined SLAs and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders to prevent delaysIdentify exceptions, bottlenecks and dependencies and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolutionKeep customers informed regarding progress, requirements, schedules and any changes throughout the delivery journeyCoordinate across sales, finance, logistics, installation partners and other internal/external stakeholders to enable seamless executionEnsure accurate and timely updates in CRM and other operational trackersSupport resolution of customer escalations related to documentation, payments, delivery or installation coordinationSkills Required2–3 years of relevant experience in customer operations, order fulfilment, logistics coordination, project coordination, installation coordination, customer delivery or sales operationsProficiency in CRM and Excel; understanding of logistics, documentation, vendor coordination and SLA managementStrong coordination, follow-through and problem-solving skillsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsGraduate degree (BTech/ BE preferable)MBA/PGDM in Operations/Supply Chain is preferred
