This role sits at the centre of Shopify management, order processing and management, inventory coordination and customer experience.You'll work closely with the founder, vendors and fulfilment team to ensure customers have a seamless experience from the moment they place an order until it is delivered.If you enjoy bringing structure to moving parts and have strong attention to detail and want to work across the breadth, this role is for you. Experience with Shopify, Shiprocket and Excel/Google Sheets is REQUIRED. (Experience on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc is not relevant for this role) What day to day looks likeA) Manage and Update our Shopify website (aranqa.com)Manage product uploads, catalogue updates and listing creation on ShopifyMaintain inventory accuracy across website, vendors and fulfilment teamCoordinate inventory updates and stock availability on a regular basisCreate monthly purchase orders and coordinate replenishment with vendorsB) Order Fulfilment and Management via ShiprocketCoordinate daily order processing with fulfilment teamCOD confirmation and address verificationShipment creation and trackingNDR management and customer follow-upsRTO management and reconciliationWeight discrepancy and courier issue resolutionC) Customer ExperienceRespond to customer enquiries across WhatsApp and InstagramResolve product, delivery, return and order-related concernsCollect customer feedback and reviewsD) Reporting & ReconciliationCreate weekly sales, inventory and operational reportsTrack inventory movement and identify low-stock situationsCoordinate with finance partners on operational reconciliationsSupport international order processing and shipping documentationGenerate invoices and maintain order recordsE) Business supportSupport launch readiness by ensuring inventory and listings are updatedAssist marketing team with operational requirements when neededIdentify process improvements and operational bottlenecksWho this role is forYou'll likely enjoy this role if:You are highly organised and detail-orientedYou enjoy bringing structure to operational processesYou are comfortable managing multiple workflows simultaneouslyYou communicate clearly and professionally with customersYou take ownership of problems and follow them through to resolutionYou are comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environmentExperience in fashion, jewellery or D2C brands is a strong plus.What we're not looking forSomeone who dislikes backend operations.
