Scale revenue by optimizing the full customer journey – from ad click to repeat purchase.
Key Responsibilities
💰 Own revenue targets & channel P&L (CM2, ROAS, MER)📈 Oversee Meta, Google & emerging channels for high-quality traffic🛒 Manage Shopify storefront – UI/UX, CRO, A/B testing, AOV growth📊 Track CAC, LTV, AOV, Churn via dashboards & cohort analysis🔁 Build CRM journeys (Email, WhatsApp, SMS) to boost retention🤝 Coordinate with Inventory, Product, Logistics, CS & Tech teams
Requirements
✅ 4+ years in D2C / E-commerce growth roles✅ Hands-on with Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads Manager✅ Experience with Klaviyo / WebEngage / CleverTap✅ Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, AOV, ROAS, MER✅ Proven P&L ownership & D2C scaling experience✅ Beauty / Fashion / FMCG / D2C background preferredWho You Are:🚀 Full-stack growth hacker | 📊 Data-savvy | 🎯 Ownership-driven | ⚡ Entrepreneurial📩 Ready to lead D2C growth for company Owned Brands?
