D365 CE Developer / Senior Software EngineerSouthern Germany | Home working available | PermanentLikeMind Recruitment is partnering with a Microsoft Inner Circle partner to hire a D365 Customer Engagement Developer.With 300+ employees, over 30 years in the market and the backing of a major European IT group, the business delivers Microsoft solutions to customers across manufacturing, retail, food and professional services.You’ll combine hands-on development with technical solution design, building customer-specific applications and integrations across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and Azure.What you’ll be doingDesigning and developing D365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service.Building backend processes and plugins using C#/.NET.Developing frontend components using JavaScript and TypeScript.Connecting third-party systems through APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and SQL.Using Power Apps and Power Automate to extend customer solutions.Working closely with consulting and product teams on testing, documentation and delivery.What you’ll bringSeveral years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.Strong C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript skills.Experience with integrations and the Microsoft Power Platform.An IT degree, relevant vocational qualification or comparable background.German language skills at C1 level or above.What’s on offerFlexible working hours and home working.30 days’ annual leave, plus Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve off.Opportunities for technical and personal development.An established Microsoft partner with Inner Circle recognition for 2026/27.
