D365 Commerce Techno Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce professional with 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX and strong hands-on expertise in D365 Commerce. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Commerce POS / Store Commerce development, Back Office customization, system administration, integrations, web development, and architecture design. The candidate must be capable of independently managing both technical development and functional system operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize D365 Commerce POS / Store Commerce, including POS extensions and integrations.Develop and customize D365 Commerce Back Office functionality.Administer and manage D365 Commerce environments, channels, stores, terminals, users, and configurations.Manage and support D365 Commerce functional processes and day-to-day system operations.Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and coordinate resolution across Commerce components.Support Commerce integrations, deployments, updates, and production operations.Design and implement integrations between D365 Commerce and other systems.Perform web development and customization to support D365 Commerce requirements.Contribute to architecture design and develop scalable, reliable Commerce solutions.Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective D365 Commerce solutions.Prepare and maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing support for implemented solutions.Requirements8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX, with strong hands-on experience in D365 Commerce.Strong development experience in X++, C#, .NET, and TypeScript/JavaScript.Hands-on experience with Commerce Runtime, Retail Server, POS / Store Commerce, Hardware Station, and Commerce Scale Unit.Strong understanding of D365 Commerce administration, functional configuration, and system management.Hands-on experience in web development and customization.Proven experience in system integrations and third-party integrations.Hands-on experience in architecture design and solution development.Ability to independently handle both technical development and functional system management.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
